Pack contains the parts as shown in the photo. The cross-hatched areas on the deck is the position of the fingers

Below shown painted and decaled for Trailer Train, and fitted with MTL 1038 trucks and couplers. Can also be fitted with 1036 trucks, and body mount couplers if preferred

The rebar was made from thin copper wire about 0.017" (0.4mm), (which scales at about 2½") and brushed with metallic gunmetal paint. The strapping was made from very thin wire from multistrand hook-up wire.

Actual sizes of rebar are: #3 = 0.375" (3/8") #4 = 0.5" (1/2") #5 = 0.625" (5/8") #6 = 0.750" (3/4") #7 = 0.875" (7/8") #8 = 1" #9 = 1.128" #10 = 1.270" #11 = 1.410" #14 = 1.693" #18 = 2.257" In N scale 1" bar is about 0.006" (0.16mm) Some rebar is coated with resin to prevent corrosion, as is usually colored pale green On the model we used MTL 1036 trucks with body mount 1025 couplers
