Upgrade for High Cube Boxcars

Using the Autorack upgrade frame casting some high cube boxcars can also be modified.

left shows the part to be cut off the ends of the casting right styrene was glued in the ends of cars to support floor at correct height, sides were thinned using a dremel type tool and burr, to give clearance for truck swing

left floor test fitted, and 1019 coupler laid in place right truck and coupler fitted, also coupler support bar

so a section was removed from the frame casting
